Three ways to unlock capability

How Guidant Global helps A&D leaders control workforce spend, deliver outcomes and access mission-critical talent.

01

Programme workforce control through an MSP

Full visibility and governance over non-permanent workforce delivery and spend across your supply chain.

03

Access mission-critical digital & engineering skills with Specialist Recruiters

Aerospace and defence recruitment solutions built around 7 mission critical skill verticals, giving direct access to high impact talent. Technical experts who know the candidate market already - precise, deliberate shortlists, not 100 CVs.

The pressure point

This is more than an industry-wide skills shortage.

It’s a workforce supply model designed for an out-dated era.

Unfilled specialist roles. Programme delays. Suppliers growing faster than governance can manage.

Programme Delivery

We accelerate critical programme delivery

Is limited capacity and capability delaying programmes, increasing delivery risk and putting contract commitments under pressure?

Talent & Hr

We provide access to the mission-critical talent you need

Are shortages of security-cleared digital, engineering and programme specialists leaving critical roles unfilled and slowing delivery?

Procurement & Supply chain

We minimise workforce risk and complexity

Is a growing supplier ecosystem creating compliance, IR35 and supply chain assurance challenges that are difficult to control at scale?

Finance & Commercial

We enable a single view of workforce spend

Is fragmented workforce data limiting visibility of supplier spend, risk, and performance, leading to hidden commercial exposure?

FAQs

What’s the difference between a PSL and an MSP model?

A PSL is a list of approved suppliers you manage yourself: sourcing, vetting and performance are still spread across your own team, across every supplier on the list. An MSP puts one partner in control of the whole process, sourcing, vetting, compliance and supplier performance. The MSP provides full visibility of spend and time-to-fill, so you’re managing one relationship instead of hundreds. Your team moves from tactically managing suppliers to setting the supplier strategy.

Will we ‘lose control’ if we move to an MSP model?

The opposite is true. When you move to an MSP model you keep decision-making over who joins your programmes, but the MSP takes on the operational load of managing suppliers, tracking spend and enforcing compliance. The MSP reports it back to you rather than leaving it invisible across multiple supplier relationships. This isn’t a rip-and-replace: most MSP clients keep their incumbent suppliers for the roles they’re good at, and layer in direct sourcing for the high impact, hard-to-fill roles a PSL model can’t reach.

How long does it take to stand up an MSP?

Full governance, technology and process typically take longer to implement than most workforce needs can wait for. Talent attraction and fulfilment typically start immediately, while governance and technology are implemented in parallel, meaning programme delivery never waits on full implementation.

Mission Critical talent recruitment FAQ

We support specialist recruitment across mission-critical digital, engineering, cyber, cloud, software, strategy and MRO skill areas. The focus is on hard-to-reach, high-impact talent where speed, clearance, quality and market knowledge matter.

Professional Services FAQ

Professional Services support is for outcome-based delivery where you need accountable programme capacity, not only individual contractors. It can help with defined statements of work, delivery milestones and specialist teams for digital and engineering programmes.
